Meet Bruno
At only 4.2 pounds, Bruno is quite the little man. He is almost
famous around town and has a lot of friends, including the the
postman who comes to his house. Bruno has also been asked
to be in a few movies, but he turned them down as he does
not want fame to go to his head. Instead, he likes to help
people by being a Karma Dog. How can you not smile when
you see him? Bruno is always happy and has a lot of
personality.  While he is putting acting on the back burner for
now, he thinks that he and Ace should make a buddy movie.
Maybe something like The Incredibles, but starring Ace,
Tasha and himself. He just has to find the right script. Bruno
hopes that lots of kids will like reading to him because he
loves to hear stories!
Hosta was meant to help people. She started out as a professional
guide dog! However, at age 3 moved to Baltimore to become a full-
time pet. Born on July 13, 2004, Hosta remains a puppy in her head,
although she is full-grown. Hosta loves to eat. Anything! She wants to
play all the time. She has many toys. Her favorite toy is an oversized,
soft yellow bone. Hosta carries it around in her mouth all the time. It’s
so big, it makes her look funny. Her favorite game? Tug of war. She
plays this game with her dog brother, Clark. Hosta always wins. When
she’s not playing or eating, Hosta enjoys reading. Inspired by the
good work of Karma Dogs, Hosta’s human sister, Emily, reads to Hosta
at home, too.

Meet Clark
Clark looks like a yellow lab puppy. He always has. But in fact, he’s
pure mutt ---- adopted from the Maryland SPCA on Falls Road.
Although we are thinking about doing the DNA test that “Ace” –
another Karma Dog --  had done to determine his origins, right
now we can only guess about Clark ’s mix. His personality is like a
Jack Russell terrier. He has a silly purple colored tongue. He’s so
lovable that he’s definitely got some lab in him. Finally, his food
habits reveal that he might be part beagle.  Whatever his canine
combinations, Clark is a cuddle dog --- and a very good foot
warmer, too.  He even has racing stripes - see if you can spot
them next time you see him.  His birthday is sometime in the
summer of 1997. (He’s 10 yrs old in people years). Clark left the
SPCA at 3 months old as an adorable puppy. Although Clark is a
dog, he acts like a cat. He runs like a rabbit. He thinks he’s a
person. But most of all, Clark loves it when kids read to him,
especially his human sister, Emily!
(Clark as a baby. Don't tell him you saw his
baby pictures. He gets embarrassed.)
